P1 Coordination Project

As the name already implies, the coordination project is not a research project but an administrative one. The main task of this project and the attached SFB-office is to support the executive board and the main body of the SFB, the General Assembly, in their work.

The coordination project ensures that our complex projects are well coordinated, resources are efficiently allocated, and milestones are met on time. By backing up the research projects of the SFB, it helps align the diverse expertise and efforts of team members towards common goals.

The main areas of support are “monitoring and administrative support”, “dissemination and outreach”, “gender equality and diversity measures”, and “knowledge exchange and personal development”. The SFB-office is located at the University of Vienna and supervised by Oliver Heckl. The project management is handled by Katharina Westreicher.
